Most Perfect Highlighter?!

Hello there;

For Christmas my chicken nugget, as she calls me; Charli (her blog is Charlotte Rose) brought me the theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer. This had been on my wish list since god was a lad. When I unwrapped it on Christmas morning a little squeal did come out. I am so easily pleased. 

Unless you are new to the blogging scene you will know exactly what this is. But if you are new, hello and welcome let me introduce you to the most perfect highlighter. 

Look perfection. I told you. 

Mary-Lou Manizer is a golden highlight, which I know wouldn't suit everyone. But personally I prefer the golden glow especially when I am tanned. And this girl likes her fake tan. Another major selling point for me is the size of the mirror. I love having mirrors in my products. Like I've said before and ill say it again, I am easily impressed. 

No idea why my finger is so red.... 

The highlighter is reallllllly intense as you can see above. When applying this you literally need the smallest amount on your brush. Unless you like the LOOK AT MY SHINY CHEEKS look... but yano that's cool if you do. Personally I dust a little bit of this on the high point of my cheeks, then go back over it with the brush I used for my powder to just turn it down a notch. I like the subtle look. 

Its such a creamy texture with very minimal fallout which I wasn't expecting. I thought it would be a little more lose than it is. Does that make sense? Mary-Lou can also be worn as a eyeshadow and for a general shimmer. I do think this would be stunning in the inner corner of your eye, I am yet to do this but you know I am all totally doing this. Look out for the Instagram!

I 100% recommend this highlighter it costs £16 which seems a little pricey, but I don't think I will ever hit pan on this as you need such a tiny amount.
