I adore my Collection Lasting Perfection concealer, it is literally the only concealer I have used for years. Now I haven't fell out of love with it, but I do feel like I need to give other concealers a try. For the blog and all that. Maybelline Fit Me as been called the dupe for Nars Creamy Concealers. Not that I have tried them either. Why do I even own a blog?!
I went for the shade 20, which is a touch too dark for me when I am at my palest. I brought this when I was fake tanned up, mistake number one. But in the summer I know this will be a great colour match for me, not that I tan loads but it will be just enough I feel.
Fit Me I feel is a little thinner in consistency than Collection concealer as that is really high coverage. The Fit Me has a gel texture to it as well giving you less chance on getting that awful cakey look that you can sometimes get with the Collection. Upon wearing Fit Me for the first time, I noticed that it did cover up mu under eye dark circles really easily and blended out VERY easily. Hardly any effort was needed which is a dream for when I am rushing. I don't think it is as long lasting as my beloved Collection but do think you could easily get 6-8 hours out of this with very little touch ups as long as you use a good setting powder over the top. For £5.99 I do think this is a little bargain a little goes a long way when using it.
