Lush Easter Range 2015

Hey there;

25.2.15 I was invited to Lush in Meadowhall to have a sneaky peek at the Easter range that is launching on 27.2.15 (today). I was so excited to received this email as you are aware I am a massive Lush lover. I was also looking forward to seeing Becky from The Little Blog of Beauty and Rosie from Rozap Beauty. I met them at the last Lush event I went to at Meadowhall and they are both wonderful people, so please go check out their blogs.

It was a very early start for me. Which involved putting my make up on half asleep and getting stuck in a lot of rush hour motorway traffic. But I arrived at Lush dot on 9! We were greeted with orange juice, tea and coffee with a selection of breakfast goodies. I went for the chocolate chip brioche, oh man they were to die for. All washed down with a orange juice. After a quick opportunity for photo taking we got down to the nitty gritty. The Easter range, let me introduce you to them.

Somewhere Over The Rainbow; This is the BIG colourful disc in the photo above. This is a soap, if only a bubble bar could be that size! I'm not a massive user of actual soaps, I have a couple of Lush soaps which I use to fragrance my wardrobe but this one smelt amazing. It contains mandarin, neroli and carnation such a fresh scent that comes with this. It does have a slight dusting of glitter on this but it wash off easy. Another plus with this soap is you will NEVER get the same piece twice.

Immaculate Eggception; This comes in two colours pink and yellow, which I think is great as you can mix it up a little. They do both smell the same and very very sweet smell with a mixture of grapefruit oil, lemon oil and fair trade vanilla absolute there was no way this was going to smell bad. This bath bomb is a lot like the Love Locket from the Valentines range that this can be used up to three times. Inside is either a chick or a rabbit smaller bath bomb. This has to be one of my favourite products from the line.

Bunch of Carrots; This is one that I clearly remember these bubble bars from last year, I remember thinking they look so cute but I never got round to buying them. So glad they have brought them back this year. You get three carrots in each bunch and each carrot will last 3-4 baths, quick simple maths sum and that means you can potentially get up to 12 baths out of these! With buchu oil, lemon oil and bergamot oil these have a really fresh scent and would match perfectly with the Grass shower gel.

Hoppity Poppity; If you like Palma Violets, then you are going to love this bath bomb. Violet Leaf Absolute, Lime Oil and Popping Candy make up this cute little bunny. The Fizzbanger also has popping candy in it but this is a touch more extreme it was so loud when we had the demonstration.

Carrot Soap; Look at the size of that carrot! And it literally smells like a carrot too, CRAZY. I expected this to smell the same as the Bunch of Carrots but they don't. Which I am pleased about as then you aren't getting a repeat product. Inside this carrot is not only buchu oil, carrot oil and fair trade organic cocoa butter AND that's not all! When this is cut up there is a little white rabbit in the centre. I mean how cute can a soap get?!

Pot O' Gold; A beautiful shower jelly. I loved the smell of my Whoosh shower jelly but really struggled to use it to its fullest as I dropped it constantly. This does smelly divine with fresh pineapple juice, fair trade vanilla absolute and myrrh resinoid is a truly dreamy scent!

The next two products I have no photos for as my camera decided to not save them. I know fully well that I took photos of them. So thanks Canon top notch job...

Golden Egg; A cream egg inspired bubble melt AND bath bomb  how could you resist?! Oh and it smells a little like toffee too. I am sure you are wondering how it can be a melt and a bomb? Well let me tell you. It is coated in a sparkly shell which is the melt that dissolves into your bath creating a beautifully moisturising bath water. Once that is gone it turns into a bath bomb that fizzes away for around 15 minutes. This is another of my favourites from the line and I will be stocking up on these!

Fluffy Egg; The Easter snow fairy. All I need to say.

Then entire event was truly lovely getting to see all of the gift sets also. We were also lucky enough to receive three of the items for ourselves to try out! I got Bunch of Carrots, Hoppity Poppity and Immaculate Eggception in pink. Which I am over the moon to get.
