The idea behind it is, you push the sides of the top together, place the base on your desired area and let go. The suction from the cup will trigger lipolysis helping the removal for fat cells and over time your skin will gradually tighten, this obviously depends on your age. You also now know where Lipo surgery comes from.

I did this over 3 weeks, giving each leg about 15-20 minutes of time 3 times a week. I just did it whilst watching tv. Or whilst laying in bed reading/playing on my phone. 

Did it work though?

Yes.

The photos I am about to show you are obviously of my thighs and I am not exactly comfortable with my body. So this is a massive thing to be putting my fat legs on my blog.... 

As you can see, my leg isn't as well, lumpy as it was before. There is defiantly a difference in the appearance off my legs. And if I am honest I didn't realise how much of a difference until I put these two photos together.
