Girl-O-Whirl

Hello there;

This is again another just before Christmas treat to myself. Oh I was naughty this year hehe. In my defence though, I blame Boots for sending out a email telling me that Soap & Glory's Girl-O-Whirl was on offer. 

I just could not resist.

Ahhhh so many pretty colours! 

It comes with 6 Lid Stuff eyeshadows, 6 Supercolourfabulipsticks, Glow All Out, Solar Powder, Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick, Thick & Fast mascara and 5 brushes.

Look how pretty they are. Especially the blue.

These are the Lid Stuff eyeshadows in the colours ,Vanilla, Wild Blue, Smokin', Minky, Dandy Plum and Black Gold. 

They are all super pigmented and I can't wait to start playing around with them. 

I love me some lipsticks. But these aren't in stick form.... Going to defiantly have to practise using the brushes to get perfect at application. 

The colours are Naked Beige, Guava Rama, Red My Lips, Missing Pink, Perfect Day and Man Trap. 

The photo makes them all look really pink but a couple are a little more neutral in person. Its a fantastic selection of colours which I am sure once I am used to using a brush I will get a lot of use out of.

Glow All Out is a shimmering luminizing powder and it really does brighten up your face. 

A very silky texture too which feels lovely on your skin. Really impressed with this as I would not have purchased this otherwise.

Solar Powder is a multi-shade bronzer, with the two base colours have a VERY slight shimmer and the S&G has the majority of the shimmer. I think this is a great idea in case you prefer a much more matte look on your skin. Or a shimmer look. 

They are again quite a silky texture and don't look "muddy". Defiantly something to use if you are just trying bronzers out for the first time and experimenting with contouring. 

I have not really used this mascara, it seems to be a little more on the brown side than black. And I am not keen on brown mascaras. But I need to give it a fair test out. I have read really good reviews on it. So maybe I am being a little unfair. I shall keep you guys informed.

Woohoo another lip crayon to add to my growing collection. I used to be a massive fan of the Sexy Mother Pucker lip glosses when I was younger so this has had me reminiscing over old lip glosses. A little sad I know >.<

It comes in this lovely pinky nude colour that I adore for a day to day look. It doesn't go on as bright, it is more of a clear gloss with a hint of colour. It has a real creamy texture and doesn't dry your lips out. 

And to top it off, it has a massive mirror inside. Hello me! 

I really do like what you get in this bundle, my only disappointment is ITS HUGE. How am I meant to store this?!

Yes I can take the mascara and lip crayon out. But what about the rest they are trapped in a cheap flimsy plastic tray? I think I might have to sit and de pot one evening, if I can be bothered. I am so lazy when it comes to things like that. 

I can't remember what I paid for this, I really want to say £29. But I think it was cheaper than that... Meh I have no idea.
